Description of Work: I met with Faith Baum to discuss using her services for a renovation on my house. I was planning to add a second bathroom and I was uncertain if I needed an architect. Faith met with me, at my house and brainstormed some options for floor plans. I was extremely happy with our meeting. Faith immediately 'got' what I wanted to do and my esthetic. I decided that I didn't need an architect for that job, but I would definitely hire Faith, for my next project.

Description of Work: Faith designed out addition which included the expansion of and existing kitchen, 2.5 baths, and a mudroom, as well as the re-configuration of our family room.

+ -1 moreI was putting the project off, since it was above my comfort level. Faith helped me each step along the way. She introduced me to the contractor and advised me on how to work with him. She took me to different vendors from Home Depot and also to more boutique shops as well. We looked at a variety of options and she helped me make the best decision for the plan and all of the items for our remodel. Wel love the new look of the 3 rooms.
Description of Work: Our apartment needed a remodel of the bathrooms and kitchen. Faith Baum helped with all aspects of the job. She did measured ot the rooms, created the drawings and worked with us on what we wanted, but also gave her advice. She connected us to a contractor - David Picazzio who was fantastic. She also connected me to many other vendors and worked with giving her input on all aspects of the remodel from types of cabinets, vanities, tile to paint color, and appliances. This was a great experience and it came in at budget and completed in a month.
