+ 0 moreDan was a pleasure to work with! He was easy to contact, flexible with scheduling, and the work was very well done. He was very responsive to calls/texts/emails, and he was flexible with his schedule in order to work around our bathroom remodel schedule - he even left us a roll of paper to cover the hallways so that the contractors didn't damage the floors. Dan also had great ideas - he suggested a matte finish on the floors instead of the standard glossy finish, and it looks so much better than we could have expected. You can really tell that Dan enjoys refinishing floors and is very attentive to small details. Thank you for a great experience, Dan! We highly recommend you to anyone looking to refinish their floors.
Description of Work: We needed our upstairs floors to be completely refinished, and our downstairs to just be recoated.

Description of Work: We had our kitchen / family room floors refinished. We were interested in Colonial because of the "dustless" floor refinishing that the company offered. Ten years ago we had our floors done the traditional way and vowed never to do it that way again- there was dust all over the place. Dan who owns and operates Colonial was on the job throughout the whole project. He was very courteous and professional. We would recommend him to anyone considering the "dustless" sanding. Dan was punctual, and completed the project on time and and at the quoted price.
