Colin and Ian spent time upfront working with us on the garage design and presented a beautiful design that we felt was a complement to our 1950's modernist style house and landscape. The garage has everything we need in terms of storing our 17 foot ocean-going kayaks to garden equipment. Ian developed detailed construction plans that included a kayak bay, breezeway with a closet and a roomy garden shed with wide doors, stone wall-with style and graceful lines. Colin supported our case for variance with the Lexington town planners (and we were granted one of the two variances). Colin and Ian worked closely with our builder during the construction (on-site, on the phone), selection of material and helping to resolve design-to-construction issues. As a result, we are very pleased with the form and function of our new garage.
