Description of Work: I contacted Ten to fix a couple shingles. He initially was responsiveness and told me he would come by and fix it. He first told me he would fix it the following week and then it became the next couple weeks and then he just stopped responding to texts and phone calls and I haven't heard from him since. Maybe the job was too small for him. He even didn't respond to a voicemail where I asked for a quote because I eventually decided to replace the whole roof.

Description of Work: Very nice experience working with Ten Arya. He and his crew repaired my entire roof and rebuilt my chimney. The price was reasonable, the time it took to get the job done was reasonable, and we have had no problems. Everything was cleaned up when they finished and the roof and chimney look lovely.

Description of Work: ARYA replacement my roof in record time, 2 days. It cost me 40% less then 3 other quotes. They worked non-stop from sun up to sun down. They left my driveway and landscaping cleaner then when they arrived.

Description of Work: The company replaced a large roof. They arrived when promised and completed the job on time. They were extremely helpful in thinking through exactly what materials to use and how to structure the job, and always returned phone calls immediately. They are a first-class outfit.

Description of Work: There were a few bumps in the road with Ten Arya the owner getting back to me, but once he did I walked away with a sense of confidence about the services his company provides. He is stretched too thin as someone who does everything himself since he has no real office staff. He works on roofs, returns phone calls, sends out estimates. He seemed to know what he was talking about. In the end we ended up not going with him because his price was too high.

Description of Work: The roofing and new gutters were great, but when i tried to get them to replace a gutter that had come down during last summer (which I was perfectly willing to pay for) I could not get them to respond after numerous attempts over several months. strange and dismaying.

Description of Work: Just an excellent experience. Ten was responsive and prompt. His crew left a clean site. I would highly recommend him. They came in at the same price or lower than other's but provided better roofing material.

Description of Work: Arya Roofing did a complete roof replacment, including water shields up 6', and all of the elements of a roofing system. Included in the price was up to 200 sq ft (t think that was the number) of replacement of any rotted base wood. They are an authorized GAF roofing installer, offering a complete (not pro-rated) 50 year warranty on the roof, with Arya themselves providing a 10 year warranty on craftsmanship.

Description of Work: Came to house and gave price estimate that was more reasonable than other companies. Provided references that checked out. Due to Hurricane Irene, he could not install per agreed plan. However, his team worked half day on Friday and full day on Saturday to catchup schedule. Removed two layers of shingles and replaced 40x20 section of roof (not the entire roof). Small company 5 workers plus owne - so all the pros and cons that come with that 10 years in business - the owner - Ten - trustworthy - did not require me to pay anything until the job was done, although we did sign contract on morning of install (which I asked for). Thinigs to caution . . 1. Materials arrived one day prior to installation - was not announced. Came from supply house 2. Dumpster company - dug up my grass - owner says it has not happened before - but it did happen - however, owner (Ten Arya) came back to house and fixed the grass where the problem occured. His team was hardworking.
