Description of Work: The job was to install a new door and new hardware. Unfortunately, the hardware we had purchased was not the right it. The carpenter thankfully went out and bought a set so I could have a workable door. Now I need to get the old hardware returned and credited to my credit card account. So it was bumpy; but not their fault!

Description of Work: He did assorted things such as install 3 light fixtures and try to fix my front door which needed rubber gaskets on the bottom. Also he tried to fix a desk. I have had handyman in the past that would go to the local hardware store to purchase what was needed. He did what he could. But did not offer to go get the small things needed to finish some of the jobs. But he was a very nice man.

Description of Work: I actually used them on two different occasions. First was to redo some siding around my deck, and the handyman had not been relayed the correct information about the kind of siding that he was working with but did a pretty good job despite that. | |Second was to do some siding higher up on the home and the information was correctly relayed except the ladder he brought was barely adequate to reach the siding in question. | |Both cases the handymen arrived promptly and were very helpful getting work done. In both cases there were minor things I didn't like and needed to be corrected (in one case putting nails through lower flashing where glue would have been better, in the other a ladder doing a small amount of damage to a weak portion of siding). But, overall, both jobs were well done and pretty cost effective.

Description of Work: Lazszlo was our maint. person. He was on-time and very friendly and professional. He was able to perform several repair jobs without any need for extra parts or any outside help. We were very satisfied with the service and the price.

Description of Work: Had a new entry door and storm door installed in a very old house. As you would expect surprises did arise but Mike Pooler handled the difficulties by thinking outside the box. He was very courteous and most importantly respected my parents and the property. He did the job with minimal demo of the walls.The end result a new door installed and it worked. Mike made sure I was satisfied with the job he did and that the door worked to my satisfaction. |I will most certainly be calling them with future projects and repairs.

Description of Work: I purchased 4 hours of time and only used half. They acknowledged that I still had time left and I scheduled an appt. To use up the remainder but they didn't show up for that. By he first time they were very responsive, punctual and the work I needed done was performed well
