Outstanding from start to finish. Ermison responded immediately to my urgent call for help on a weekend, came over within hours, gave a very fair quote and started work the next day, a Sunday. Results are great! He is an honest, skilled painter, who takes pride in his work. Will use him again, and recommend him very highly.

Ultimate Painters came recommended from a couple of other people in town, so I called them as well as three other firms for an estimate. From the beginning, Ermison was a professional - returned phone calls/emails, arrived on time for an estimate, and gave a clear and very fair price quote. He talked through some of our issues (cracks, damaged walls) and options (finishes, prep, etc.) and was willing to explain the pros and cons of his approach. Once we hired him, his team showed up on time, isolated the rest of the house from the mess, did all the prep, and did a beautiful job painting. We usually do all of our painting ourselves and hesitated to hire out such a big job that impacted the prime living area in our house. But we're so glad we did! They actually finished the job a bit early and left the house spotless. They even mopped our hardwood floors before they left! Ermison and his team were terrific to work with and I look forward to hiring them again.

Our house looks terrific. The crew was respectful, cheerful and very careful. Communication was excellent. We knew exactly when they would be here and how long they would stay. I hadn't noticed that some paint splashed on a window screen, but they noticed and told me about it. Since the paint had dried and could not be removed, the screen was replaced! I highly recommend Ultimate Painters.
