Couldn't have gone better. We needed him to work that week, and his schedule allowed that. He was fair priced, flexible in his time-frame, and finished the work well. I felt very safe having him in our home, and consider him a great resource.

Each of the three jobs went extremely well, and he pointed out as we had asked him to do, some other areas of concern so as soon as we can, we'll have him back to tackle the other issues.

Excellent work; very neat; exactly on schedule as committed; encountered problem on storm door replacement and quickly priced various optional solutions, explained the options to us and completed job with the chosen solution. Ed has done work for us before and, just as before, this was very professionally and promptly completed.

He was very easy to contact and was very clear about what he could and couldn't do about the problem. He repeated back to me the problem I had reported, just so that we were both sure we had clearly understood each other. He was very clear about work time and cost. He arrived on time and stayed as long as he had said he would. He was very friendly and helpful about home maintenance in general. It was a completely professional, excellent experience.

Job 1: Great! I had a mix of projects that needed doing & was the 1st time using a handyman. Ed responded to my call, came quickly to look over the projects, actually fixed 1 small thing (for free!) during that initial visit & scheduled me in for a few wks b/c he had prior commitments. Showed up when he on time, worked hard all day, contributed tips for how I could do some final work (painting, sanding) myself to save the charge for a return trip from him, & generally was an interesting & very nice fellow. Very professional, knowledgeable, & knew what he could & could not do. Job 2: From the 1st job he noticed that my old hot tub was looking pretty sad & asked if I'd thought abt having it removed. I d been thinking abt it & asked it he could do it. I then had an electrician come disconnect it & scheduled Ed to remove it. It ended up taking less time & he cleaned up the area & took the pieces of the hot tub to the dump & some other rubbish laying around. 2 problems were solved at once!

Overall, an excellent experience. Ed was always on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He provided excellent solutions to every problem and was very willing to discuss these (and consider alternate options.) His prices aren't the cheapest that you can find, but in this case you get what you pay for, high quality professional work. I would highly recommend his services and we intend to hire him again in the future.

As usual, Ed was "amazing" we had our house sided and the contractor had left gaps which needed caulking between all windows. Ed came on time, was entirely trustworthy i.e. billing for time and materials, and, as expected did a great job. (We would hire him to do any handyman-type services for us at this point, so we're hopelessly biased, based on a track record of 3+ positive experiences.).

Outstanding work! Came promptly and on-time, after calling to confirm someone was at home. Did work impeccably, no mess or cleanup necessary after he left. Gave good advice on ways to minimize cost. One task had underlying problems requiring a specialist. He noted that issue and avoided getting mid-work and having to stop. Would strongly recommend him for anyone.

He gave me a few referrals that I was needed work for, and he told me things that I could do myself. He didn't want take any money for fixing the cabinet door, but I think his prices are very reasonable. He said he'd return to fix the other things if I want him to. He spent about 2 hours here going over everything.

THIS IS A DREAM CONTRACTOR. HE ALWAYS CALLS BACK, ALWAYS SHOWS UP WHEN HE SAYS HE WILL, AND ALWAYS FINISHES THE JOB - INCLUDING CALLING BACK TO MAKE SURE I AM SATISFIED WITH THE WORK. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, HE TALKS TO ME ABOUT THE PROJECT, UNDERSTANDS MY FINANCIAL AND TIME BOUNDARIES, AND IF I WANT - WILL EXPLAIN TO ME HOW HE IS DOING THINGS. AND, IF HE DOESN'T FEEL HE CAN ADEQUATELY COMPLETE A JOB, HE WILL SAY SO UP FRONT.

WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIS KNOWLEDGE, PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND HONESTY. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS IN GENERAL. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND PLAN TO USE HIM FOR ALL OF OUR HANDYMAN NEEDS.

PROMPTLY RESPONDED AND CAME DOWN TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE WHEN I CALLED. THE WORK WAS DONE TO PERFECTION! I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO CALL HIM AGAIN.

HIS PRICING IS A FLAT AND HOUR FOR LABOR AND TIME AND MATERIALS AT COST. HE IS INCREDIBLY SKILLED. I HAD HIRED PAINTER IN THE FALL WHO WERE PROFESSIONAL PAINTERS AND HIS PAINTING WAS NEAT AND SPEEDY.
