lawn mower repair
+ -1 moreI called last Friday afternoon (6/12), saying the carburetor was clogged on my lawnmower. Schofields said bring it down, which I did promptly. I said I was the one who called & wanted carburetor unclogg ed only. I said if more than $100, then call before proceeding. Schofield's said labor cost will be $70. I asked when ready, was told 1 week. I received a call Saturday (6/13) that mower was done. I arrived Monday (6/15) & found that a full tune up was done. I had already tuned-up mower myself this Spring. Schofield's tuneup added $31.30 in parts cost. Mower works ok, but I was charged for tuneup I didn't request. I will not go to Schofield's again.
Description of Work: Performed a full tune-up on lawnmower, in spite of only being asked to unclog carburetor.

+ -1 moreMy experience with them was great. They were timely and the price was right. I had a lot of questions and they were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely send people there. For someone local to do it, they're very good.
Description of Work: They tuned up my lawnmower and they repaired the carburetor on my snow blower.

+ -1 moreThey are a pretty good company. They are real good. They have all the parts available. They are very friendly. They are really busy but that is expected because everybody likes to go there. The price was reasonable. They also sell equipment and parts. I just use them when I need them.
Description of Work: I use Schofield Power Equipment to service my lawn mower and snow blower. I last had my snow blower serviced. I have also bought things from them.
