The job went perfect. He replaced the part quickly, and without a mess. I now have him saved in my phone for quick calls if I have questions or other issues crop up.

Job went super well. I called Jeff, told him I had a radiator pipe leaking in my living room, and he was able to come the next day to fix it. He was in and out quickly. I love working with him he always lets me watch, and seems more than happy to answer any, and all of my questions about plumbing.

DO NOT CONTACT!! He is a horrible person who thinks he can just ignore customers because they're not millionaires. It's the little guys that make (or break) some of these local companies, and to not realize that is not good business practice. He screens calls and makes fun of the person calling, letting it go to VM, then doesn't call people back because he is that arrogant to think that people will just keep trying. Word of advice, call another plumber. In his private life he is not any better....he likes to lie, cheat, and steal from people. He uses & hurts people on a whim, and has hit his girlfriend and has gone to jail and anger management because of it. His helper he met in jail, so he is also an ex-con. I would not recommend him to anyone needing work, and I will NOT recommend in general because of his arrogant hurtful personality.

This guy works with ex convicts and will ignore calls....we set up appointment to do more work on house and totally blew me off causing me to lose a day of work and. I called multiple times and left multiple messages and got no return call.....this guy is an a** and in the long run lost out on a new furnace job from me..unprofessional bumb

Placed a call to them early in the morning, left a message and never received a return phone call. Even if they were booked for the day, they could have at least called.

Perfect. Had the best price. Showed up on time. Everything cleaned up when finished.

He never returned my phone calls. I called twice and left my work number and cell number. Guess he has so much work doesn't need to call a person back

Jeff was great to work with. He arrived on time and worked quickly. The original estimate was fair, and the actual work came in under the estimate. I would not hesitate to use his services again.

Jeff responded to our call immediately, came by the next day to measure the house and give us a proposal. We wanted to get energy efficient furnaces and hot water tanks and the other plumber that gave us a proposal said we couldn't use energy efficient furnaces. Jeff said we could and his price was good. He even gave us the paperwork to apply for the rebates for the furnaces and hot water tanks. This was a big job for one person and Jeff completed it to our satisfaction. He worked well with the inspectors and the people from National Grid as we had to have a new gas line installed. He was there when he said he would be, knowledgeable in his field, courteous and professional, answered all of our many questions and overall did a fantastic job. We will definitely recommend Jeff to all of our friends and anyone looking for a good plumber.

He hasn't done the work yet. It was in 24 hours he came out and did the estimate. He's accepted the estimate, but I could fix it without him so he asked if I could do it or if I wanted him to do it and I said, "If that's all it takes then I'll do it…" I showed him another plumbing that I needed, he gave me the estimate within 24 hours and that's scheduled for April. Within 24 hours that I contacted him from Angie's list, matter of fact I called him that day and he tried calling me like six different times at night and I wasn't quite available so he tried my cell, my home and my alternate number. The estimate for the work that he's going to do is $150 and that's his minimum for that amount of time so he's billed by that hour I guess, but it was simple fixes. He showed me in the toilet what was wrong because I had a running toilet and it's just the thing that's blown up below the ball thing that had to be replaced. He said I could go to any hardware store. I'll be glad to fix it, but this could be the fee and the other thing was a leaking faucet that he fixed during the estimate and he didn't charge me. I gave him $40 and he didn't charge me anything, he just fixed the faucet while he was here. I gave him $40 just because he fixed it. I'm very pleased. I would tell people to call him. His punctuality was excellent. He was actually here early waiting for me.

Jeff did a wonderful job. He happily explained how plumbing stuff was supposed to work. Explained the billing breakdown so I know what all my money was paying for. I have in listed in my emergency contact list now and have recommended him to my mom for work she need done.
