It went very very well. Brian was prompt and thorough. A few challenges getting wireless to work, but in short order, was fixed. When we ran into problem with a new battery in wireless, Brian came right out and fixed it. He put a lot of thought into doing it right, keeping wires out of site, etc.

They came out and gave us a quote that was very reasonable. The work that they did was very prompt and tidy. They explained everything and made sure we understood it.

Millennium gave us a detailed and very clear quote to get our system back in service. It was non-functional when we bought the house. The quote laid out the basics needed and several sets of options. We added some options but not others, and there was no sales pressure whatsoever from the company. The work was done neatly and efficiently, and the system works very nicely. We were very pleased with their work from start to finish, and would recommend Millennium highly to anyone else.

Brian was very helpful, both during the estimate process and the installation process. He kept us up to date about his arrival time on the day of installation. During the installation, he made sure to consult us about the placement of equipment while offering thoughtful and professional advice. He was very flexible about unexpected changes or problems that arose. He tested the equipment thoroughly and conscientiously. Millennium technologies' prices were, by far, the best of the alarm system companies we looked at, especially for the monitoring service. I would without doubt, recommend Brian and Millennium Technologies to my family and friends. It was an extremely positive experience.

Everything was great. Contact with the office was easy. Installation happened on time. Brian came out after the installation to make a few minor adjustments for peak performance. I recommend them highly.

Called the office and got appointment for an estimate. Brian was thorough and knew pretty much what was needed. The estimate came quickly and was very reasonable. We set a time for the work to be done only a week later. Brian was right on time, very thorough and careful, and obviously knew his work. Many of the components from our old system were reusable, and he tested all of them to be certain before leaving them in place. A few new components were added where needed. The new system works well and we are very pleased. And the paperwork for our insurance company came as fast as the mail could bring it.

I had a great experience with Millennium and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. I would give them an A+. Brian replied to all phone calls, was very friendly, competent and professional. In fact, despite the fact that this was a very busy time of year, he insisted on spackling and painting a small hole that resulted from the relocation of an activation pad. He later returned and went over every aspect of the alarm system. Highly recommended!!

Both estimate and installation process went very well. Brian walked me through everything before and after, and listed all the possible setup scenarios. Install was fast (roughly three hours), and explanations on how the system works went very well.

It went terrific. They did exactly what they said they would do. Brian even called when he was running late and let us know when he'd be arriving. I am super pleased and would definitely hire them again.

After more than 10 years with the same old alarm system we decided it was time to upgrade it. We checked on Angie's List and found Millennium Alarm. I called them to arrange an appointment. They were able to come out soon after I called, and showed up on time!Brian was extremely knowledgeable about all the facets of security systems, and after only a few moments was able to figure out everything about our existing system. He was able to offer us all sorts of options, some a "must" and others that weren't required but might be good to have. There was absolutely NO pressure from Brian. He let us pick and choose whatever we wanted and offered honest opinions on our decisions. He was able to answer ALL our questions quickly, honestly, and with the confidence that we could tell he knew his stuff. We recieved a quote via email a few days later and were able to schedule an appointment to have work done the following week. Compare this to our old service provider (one of the "big" companies"). They rescheduled their appointment twice, and when they finally showed up they couldn't answer most of our questions. Lastly, their quote didn't get to us for many many days; in fact not until AFTER we had Brian upgrade our system. On the day of the upgrade Brian showed up early! How many other businesses show up on time or even early? It's a welcome change to have people coming to our house to do work be on time or early. The upgrade was done quickly and Brian spent as much time as we needed to go over the new system and answer all our questions. He even came back later that afternoon to deliver our keychain remotes and answer even more questions! But best of all we switched to their monitoring service which is more comprehensive than our old service at a fraction of the cost! It's hard to express just how satisfied we were with Brian and Millennium Alarm. We HIGHLY recommend them for any of your security system needs. We fully intend to let our friends and family know that if they have any interest in a new security system or want to upgrade theirs to give Brian a call. They won't be disappointed!

We were initially concerned with installing an alarm system which required too much hard wiring as you never know where wires/plumbing are actually located in historical homes. Brian addressed all of our concerns and came up with satisfactory solutions which required minimal drilling into "unknown territories". When installing any security system, you must feel comfortable with the people doing it and Brian and his colleague were top-notch. Brian also took the time to explain the system and encouraged us to call/e-mail if we had any questions whatsoever. I also felt that he didn't try to up-sell me at all like some of the other companies that we got estimates from. They also left the house cleaner than it was when they arrived. What a bonus! I highly encourage anyone to hire this company.

Brian analyzed our alarm needs and carefully explained all the different options that we had in considering our system. He came at the agreed upon time, carefully reviewed all the doors and windows, and reviewed our choices. On the appointed day he returned on time with one assistant and performed the installation at the price and in the manner he had said. He took the time to explain to us carefully how to operate the system. As we got used to the system we had a couple of clarifying questions which he answered promptly and completed. He is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. His positive attitude and wisdom led us to trust him completely. He encourages customers who have questions to contact him even after the job is completely. In the last few months we have also sometimes set the alarm off by mistake (once our cat pried open a door that we had not completely closed) and were pleased by how quickly the monitoring company called us on the phone to check-usually within one to two minutes. All in all we were impressed and pleased by the workmanship and quality and by Brian's clear commitment to providing top service to his customers.

Brian is friendly, professional, prompt, answered questions. I did have to call him when we tried to use it that night bc I'd forgotten what he told me and couldn't understand my own notes, but he was quite helpful in explaining what to do. Also 2 nights in a row the motion detector went off w/o any reason, and he suggested sweeping behind it for spider webs and that seemed to do the trick.

Extremely satisfied. Brian's professionalism was off the charts. A very pleasant experience.

Brian met me at our house and discussed alarm options. Once we had worked out a few options he left and mailed me an estimate with prices for the various items we discussed. At that point we scheduled the install. He and an assistant came to the house and installed the system, during which, we worked out the last details. He worked with me to maintain the asthetics of our home while providing the level of security we wanted from the system. Before leaving he made sure I understood the operations of the system. A couple of days later he called to make sure all our questions were answered. He and his staff were professional, called in advance to confirm the appointments, clean and on time. Brian even worked around a last minute schedule change of mine.

I received estimates from all the "big" alarm companies. I had MANY questions and a difficult install and their sales people had no real answers or solutions for my installation needs. It was clear to me they just wanted the overpriced monitoring contract. I then met with Brian from Millennium Alarm and it was night and day. Brian took the time to cover all the questions I could come up with, and I had many. He then planned a very clever install being that every room is finished. On the day of the work, he pulled off the plan and I got exactly the system I wanted with a super clean install finished off with a reasonably priced monitoring package.

The whole experience was excellent. Brian was very honest when reviewing the capabilities of our existing system. He suggested upgrades only where it made sense and let us make that call on whether we needed the upgrades or not. He showed up on time for the installation and did a very clean and professional job. He capped the labor time to 1 hour even though it took him almost 3 times longer than that. He even helped us with couple of odd jobs while he was there. My final comments are, "If you want a job well done, then you should definitely go to Brian and Millennium!"

I can't imagine a better experience. Brian's initial consultation reflected both great expertise and honesty. He talked to us about how we would use the system, assessed our needs and our house, and laid out a number of options that seemed perfectly sensible given our situation without in any way trying to over-sell (quite the contrary, he was quick to steer us away from features that we didn't really need). Because we were leaving for a trip, Brian shifted around his schedule to do the installation on short notice. He clearly explained to us how to use the system, and insisted that we call him--even in the middle of the night--if we ever had any problems or questions. The system has worked perfectly; just as promised. Brian is not only a highly-skilled professional but a really nice and decent guy--a pleasure to deal with, and someone I would trust with anything.

Brian called last week out of the blue. He was reviewing accounts and saw that we hadn't received a credit we were due. He wanted to send a check on the spot to rectify it. How wonderful is that? During the call I mentioned a couple of issues. He gave me the info needed to solve one issue and said Becky would call the next day to set up a service call. She called as promised. On the day of the appt., when it became apparent to Brian that he would be late because an earlier appt. ran long, he called in advance to let me know and set up a new time. To repeat: He called *in advance* so I wouldn't be inconvenienced. When he arrived, he worked on the motion sensor but was uncomfortable with the way it was behaving, so he replaced it and fine-tuned the new one. Then he investigated the keypad issue (garbled text on the screen) until the keypad mysteriously fixed itself. Brian didn't try to take credit, just declared it a mystery. Then he swapped two keypads. His service is GREAT.

I contacted Millennium Alarm for a quote based on the superlative reviews this company received on Angie's List and was not disappointed. Brian was prompt, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with, and his prices for installation were competitive with the other quote I received. (Millenium's yearly monitoring fee is considerably less). The installation went smoothly, and is working well so far. Of course, its success ultimately depends on the responsiveness of the monitoring company, which is independent of Millenium. Brain is eager to please his customers; he responds quickly to phone calls and questions and encouraged me to call him at any time, even at night, if I had a problem.

Millennium returned by call promptly and quickly scheduled an appointment to see my existing system and needs. Brian Catino was very thorough and went through all the options very patiently with me. They presented a quote by email in just a couple days, and then I scheduled the work. My schedule was difficult to work around, but they were able to complete the repair and installation within my schedule, which is wonderful for a service company. There was one minor piece of defective equipment that I might never have noticed had they not brought it to my attention, but the piece was replaced within 2 days and had no effect on my system in the meantime.

Brian Catino was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He was friendly, honest, thorough, and punctual.

Brian arrived a little late (he forgot his cell phone and had to go back to get it) but finished the work as promised the same day. He asked me where I wanted stuff to be placed, discussed the advantages of various locations. Overall nice demeanor and h was professional. He maintained his proposed schedule and finished on time. I had a problem after installation and he answered my call and fixed the problem.

Brian was very responsive. Showed up on time and educated us on what's needed. He didn't use high pressure sales tactics that I had experienced with other companies. Answered all of our questions thoroughly and credibly (i.e., didn't try to sell us things that we didn't need). Gave us time to think through and make a decision. Ultimately, we decided that we didn't need an alarm system. If we change our mind in the future, we would definitely go with him.

I learned of Millennium Alarm from Angie's List. From the initial contact with them, the experience has been very positive. The women in the office were great about scheduling an appointment that was convenient for me. When Brian arrived to recommend a system, he was very thorough and did not try to oversell. The estimate was provided within a day of the visit, and the installation scheduled shortly thereafter. The system includes four door sensors, three window sensors, a motion detector and a key-chain remote (in addition to the wall panel). Overall, I'm very happy with both the service and system. The system works exactly as Brian explained it would.
