I called and spoke directly with Kevin and wasn't happy with how the conversation ended, despite my effort and being obviously dissatisfied. I reported this to Angie via exactly how I'm covering this to complain now about ANGI'S professionalism. I never got a reply. I called and due to the length of time opted to get a call back. I'm awaiting shoulder surgery so opted for a call back. I never got one from you either. I think you failed considerably on this one as I've used your service before.
