This time I should say they did good work and their field manager Paul , he is very nice person .He explained to me what is the issue and how does he try to fix it . He did check the issue with patience and fixed the problem and wait to see the problem fixed or not .

Jay Moody Rocks! I had Jay Moody install 3 Mitsubishi split AC units in 2019. I had quotes from 3 other installers and their price was by far better than the rest. On the day of installation the owner helped me go online and submit for 2 rebates I was eligible for - it took all of 15 minutes - simply awesome (btw, I know multiple people that have split AC units installed and their installer never even mentioned rebates to them). Shortly after the installation there was a leak in one of my lines (stuff happens) and they came right out to troubleshoot and fix it at no charge. This year (2022) I noticed my system was not performing the way it should. As it turns out, the repair that was done back in 2019 still had a very slight leak. Now that it is repaired my system is working awesome! I sent the new owners the "detailed" history of my service since the initial installation explaining this was the same section of the line that leaked and was repaired on the initial installation. It was checked once since and because it was such a slight leak they were unable to verify it at that time. Without any pain or back and forth, the new owners made it right! Words can't express how surprised, appreciative, and satisfied I was - it's rare to find customer service like this these days! If you're in Northern Central Mass and Jay Moody services your city/town, I highly, highly, highly, recommend you give them a try - Jay Moody Rocks!

Job was not completed well or completely on day one as they were so busy. Technician apologized as he knew it wasn’t his best work as he was rushed. I don’t blame him as he was being asked to do too many jobs. They were supposed to come back when less busy but had to be called and took so long for them to come back additional work needed to be done that they then charged more for.

5 Star Experience, Excellent Customer Service, Professional Installation. That describes my total experience with Jay Moody Plumbing and Heating, specifically with Steve Montuori and his crew Adam, Mike and Nick. It started with my initial meeting with Steve in my home. After having 3 other companies come to survey my home for installation of ductless heating and air conditioning units it was clear to me that Steve had the most effective and efficient design proposal. I contribute this to his experience and the volume of systems he has installed as a Diamond Elite dealer for Mitsubishi systems. I am a detailed technical person and I had many questions for Steve over several weeks after his initial visit. Steve professionally responded to all my questions and accommodated my specific requirements into a revised proposal. He followed through on his promise to come to my home on the day of installation to help me submit all available rebates. I honestly could not believe it, we had everything (yes, everything) done within about 10 minutes (mostly because Steve has done about a million of these rebate submissions, so he could probably do them in his sleep). After helping me with my rebates and getting his crew started, Adam, Mike, and Nick got to work on the installation. The installation went extremely well and everything was professionally done. I would absolutely recommend Jay Moody to everyone I know, or at the very least, everyone I like! My sincere thanks to the Jay Moody team for their professionalism and a stress-free experience.

Estimated on 2/19/16 and installed on 3/11/16. On installation day the company owner showed up as scheduled with a team of installers. We walked through the house and talked about the placement of the indoor units (1 down and 1 up). Then we went outside, lucky to have an unseasonably mild day, to discuss the placement of the two outdoor units. It is not necessary to have multiple outside units in a multi-zone system like this, but we were educated by the owner that to run two separate condenser units is much more energy efficient and cost effective (operation-wise and rebate-wise) than running a single, large multi-zone condenser unit. Fortunate to have to right place for these two units outside our home, we went with this, more efficient system set-up. When we were discussing the outside situation of the equipment my husband noticed there was a significant dent in one of the units. When we pointed this out to the owner, he immediately insisted that it was not acceptable and had an installer take the damaged unit back to his shop and to return with a replacement. Fortunate we were that he had another of these units in stock at his shop. From that point on the installation was smooth and painless, taking only about three hours. One of the installers focused entirely on the indoor units and when these were both installed and ready to test, he tested them with us present and then showed us how to operate the units with the remote controls included with the equipment. All the installers were personable and polite. The owner came prepared with paperwork completed to help us submit applications for the two rebate we would qualify for with this installation. The second rebate is conducted by email and he walked us through all the documents required and the formats and the completion of the on-line application. Very thorough and extremely helpful! Also, there's an energy efficiency tax credit available for this system and the owner responded very timely with the itemized invoice we will need to substantiate this tax credit for our 2016 income tax return. Also, because Jay Moody LLC is a Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer the standard warranty is extended from 7 years to 12 years. An important thing to note with these systems, the Mitsubishi indoor units are pretty big, i.e. 36" w x 9" d x 12" h. The size of the units are not driven by the BTU's, all indoor units are the same - except for the Mitsubishi "GE" and discontinued "FE" series equipment which are not much smaller at 32" wide We would suggest you be careful to examine the specs on the equipment you are considering and carefully evaluate where you might want to install them. The system is extremely quiet and we are very excited to have this installed and ready to run the house as a sealed, climate controlled environment for the quickly upcoming pollen season. Last year was such a mess with all the pollen coming in the windows - YUK! Also, we are very happy we will no longer have to take up our precious few windows in our small (1300 sq ft) home with traditional window A/C units.

Steve responded quickly after my call to get a diagnosis on the new gas boiler. He found the issue with the boiler part, ordered a new one, and a tech came out the next day to install it and a new thermostat. Both Steve and his tech knew exactly what to look for, explained things as they went along so that we understood, as well, and kept it simple and fair. We were impressed by their professionalism, quick response, knowledge of the variables and will add them to our "Go To" list of providers.

I got bids from three highly rated companies to install Mistubishi split units with hyper heat in my new (to me) home. Jay Moody responded the first day that I requested a quote and promptly set up an appointment to come out. They were the first in, gave me my estimate the same day (which the others could not) and came in thousands below the other companies even with an extra unit (3 compared to 2). Steven was able to answer all my questions and explain why he designed things the way he did - very patient with me and my endlessly curious father. The install was set up for 2 weeks after I accepted the bid and the installers were great - friendly, professional and quick. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family! What really sets this company apart, though, has been the customer service. I contacted them several weeks after installation asking for a copy of a permit that I needed. They hadn't needed to get a permit, but investigated until they were sure and answered all my questions - completely above and beyond. This week when a unit stopped working abruptly they trouble shot with me and gave me several options to try. When they didn't work they sent the tech out first thing Monday morning (he was even early!). Turns out the unit wasn't working because of a simple mistake that I made, but the tech was wonderful and fixed everything within 10 minutes. Overall, one of the best companies that I've worked with. They sell a great product at a competitive price (only $500 over the cost of materials!) and have wonderful customer service and post-install relationships with their customers. Fantastic!

Steve came out and discussed the various options for us since we live in a post-and-beam style home. The two installers were excellent, did quality work, and explained the unit's operation to me before they left. I'd use them again for my HVAC work.

The two technicians arrived promptly on the designated day. One technician worked outdoors installing the 3 outdoor units. The other technician worked on installing the 3 indoor units. They were very task oriented and worked diligently.. They completed the job in approximately 6 hours. I will be completing a second review on the electrician at a later date. (It may be more cost efficient to employ your own electrician.) I found the technicians very personable and knowledgeable. They cleaned up the work area and demonstrated before exiting how to use the various prompts on the remotes. Overall it was a positive experience and we would not hesitate to hire them again.

Jay Moody LLC provided me with the most competive bid of all of the Companys that provided quotes. Steven was knowledgeable about the Mitsubsihi systems, and very confident on what the house would need for effective cooling and heating. He answered all my questions, and also walked me through the MA Heat Loan process. Installation of the four heatpumps took less than a day. The crew was professional and the installation was clean. They also provided me with all the paperwork needed to apply for the energy rebates that I'm due for installing the system. They system is working as advertised, providing effective cooling for the entire house. The units are incredibly quiet (both indoors and out), and I'm very happy with both the product and the Company.
