After he left, my stove was in pieces, and he promised a follow-up with quote for parts and service to replace the burners. His only response after 6 weeks of calls and emails was to say the parts were back-ordered. It has been 2 months and he has not returned any phone calls or emails to complete the job. This was completely unprofessional.
Description of Work: Provider assessed a couple of gas burners on my range which were not working. He used non-specific tools to remove the burner parts and suggested they all needed to be cleaned or replaced.

I deal with a large number of different contractors in my business each year and this was single handedly one of the worst experiences by one of the apparently poorest run businesses I have ever had the misfortune of working with. The call went into Lowes on August 30th that my washer was not working. The customer service person said someone would be out from a local company called Jareds appliance on Tuesday Sept 5th to repair the washer. No one showed. Wednesday I called to inquire on the missed appointment and I am immediately given an attitude by much less than professional as to why no one showed...there was a holiday Monday and they had to catch up. I said a phone call would have been nice. Rather than set up another appointment she asked for the error code and said she had to order the part and that no one would be out until part arrives. I was told that would be 3-10 business days. The problem is they were assuming without doing ANY physical diagnostics that the error code was the only problem. I asked about that and she said if there was a problem how would they know. With more attitude I was told that the technician would find out when he comes....which in my head means a possible 3-10 more business days if any other parts need to be ordered...taking me to potentially eight weeks without a washer. I called Lowes extended warrantee program. They promised to expedite the shipped part. I called on the 12th for an update with Jareds. I was told the part was not in and was told nastily by the same girl that she told me she would call when it came in. I called Lowes again and was informed that Jareds had received the part and signed for it on the 8th. The person who received the part was the girl I was speaking to ( I am leaving her name off this list). she either got confused or lied...regardless...this business is being poorly run. I was able to finally get Lowes to switch me to another repair company after someone there finally decided to call Jareds while I was on hold. I have since found out I am not the only one with past problems as they have 16 complaints and a "F" rating with the BBB. Stay away!!!
Description of Work: Broken Bosch Washer with error codes. Error code indicated the door assembly unit needed to be replaced. This company was assigned to us through the Lowes extended warrantee program.
