He was supposed to fix a microwave, said he'd be back in a week to ten days to put whatever he was going to put in it and never came back, but my normal repair person for my gas stoves at my apartments was on vacation so I thought I'd give him a shot. This was before I realized anything about him. When he came up, the way he was looking at the gas stove - well we have the old three-family apartments here - they have what they call a fowler stove and then they have a gas and gas which is a kitchen, oven, and about a third of that is dedicated to being an area space heater, which is gas. And one of my tenants was having problems with their stove. I called him, he came up, he looked at it, and I said to him right away, just the way I saw him looking it, and I said "If it's too much or, if something beyond your skill for doing, I said, tell me now, I don't want to run into any problems" - those stoves are getting harder to get a decent one, you're looking for a good one to replace - it's a minimum of 1500 dollars, and he looked and he says "Oh, I can fix it" and I said okay and so he tried to do some stuff. Made an appointment to come back. When he came back, he broke it, and it has cost me a lot of money to repair, if the repairs work. The company that I usually have and the technician came back and said "I can't believe you let someone else do this", and I said "Why?" and he said "Well, he broke this, he broke that, blah blah blah". So yeah, I am highly disappointed with him. I never heard from him about my own house, I had to hire another company to come and fix the microwave that he left in pieces here. I wouldn't recommend him to anybody.
