Moving is daunting, especially when coordinating from out-of-state. In my perfect world, any future moves would be handled by Hartman Relocation Services due to my recent amazing experience with them. Billy Hartman was extremely helpful when I called for a quote (which was quite reasonable). Since I’d already spoken to several movers who gave the impression that they couldn’t be bothered and were way more expensive, I knew Hartman RS was the way to go. Communication from the company flowed with ease, including the day of the move. Scott and his assistant packed the truck expeditiously and so solidly that not one item shifted or broke in our 1200 mile journey. Not. A. One. Thank you, Hartman Relocation Services, for greatly reducing moving stress and for providing an outstanding service!

Very well—the service people came on time, worked quickly and professionally, and were nicely tempered and flexible as they completed their no-nonsense job. We had some difficult pieces, and no one complained or added charges. The only hitch was that they take only cash or cashier's checks (which cost $15); this is a bit retro, given all the ways money can moved instantly from one account to another—from Apple Pay to debit cards through SquareUp.

From the first contact with Billy to watching the truck pull out of our new driveway, I experienced nothing but top notch customer service. Billy was very flexible with our move date being changed and accommodated all our "unknowns". The crew of 4 guys showed up on time and were professional, polite and funny. They handled our belongings with respect and worked at an impressive fast pace. I don't anticipate needing their services again any time soon, but I highly recommend them for any of your moving needs!

My mom is retiring and moving down to Florida. Since she is downsizing, Hartman's moved family antique furniture and some of my childhood memories to my home in Boston. I called 5 places and they had the best pricing. Some places charged extra for tape. Several places were not open on Sunday; Hartman's was one of the few open on Sundays. They returned all my calls and were available on Saturday and Sunday to talk. The hourly rate also included 3 guys where some places only included 2 guys. It was a bit pricey, in the end, but overall worth it. The three guys were polite, responsive and made sure that we were happy and satisfied. I would suggest that Harman's provide a receipt since the three guys just told me to take a picture of my check, saying that the company doesn't offer receipts. I would recommend them again.

The movers arrived right on time, and the move went very well. The work was completed in a very timely and professional manner, and the movers were extremely attentive to my needs. I am very pleased with this company, and would highly recommend them for all your moving needs.

Office was professional and set up date, provided estimate and all details in advance. Crew arrived on time, took care with all belongings and was willing to help rearrange furniture in new location to suit us. Estimate and cost were very close.

Billy was very responsive from start to end. His crew was fantastic and very professional. Great pricing and would highly recommend his moving company.

These guys were amazing! They showed up exactly when they said they were going to and immediately got to work. Their cost was less than the other companies I contacted and they got the move done faster than other companies quoted. They were very friendly and made moving a breeze. If I ever have to move again, I would not hesitate to give them a call!!

Packers and movers were all very good and friendly. Packing took 1.5 days. Moved to VT. Unpack took one day.

All of the crew members were courteous and friendly and very respectful of my home and property. I definitely felt as though my satisfaction was their main priority. One of the crew members dented an upstairs wall with a large piece of furniture. He immediately found me, apologized profusely for the damage (very minor). This was not an issue as the wall was to be painted anyways. I very much appreciated the honesty as this could have easily gone unnoticed for a while.

The men were very professional and had a great work ethic. Upon arrival to our house they reviewed everything and again when they left. I was very pleased with everything they did. THANK YOU!

They seemed straightforward. They were prompt in responding. One of the big wigs came to do the estimate and we've been in contact with him both before and after hiring them with various questions. They seem very customer service oriented. So far, so good.

I think the pricing was fair compared to the pricing we got in the area. I am not that happy with them on some things but I will give them a B rating. I called them on several times and he wasn't in , I had a few items missing and some broken and I will not use them again because I am not in the area but if I was I don't know. there are some other companies in that area that are worse then they are.
