Nico arrived on time and began work immediately. He was courteous, friendly, respectful of property and meticulous. He checked all the windows again before he left. He was amazing. Windows looked amazing and were completely streak free. 100% satisfied. Nico is a credit to Fish Window Cleaning in Leominster.

I contacted the owner Dave through Angie’s List online after reading the positive reviews. He called me back and came out that day to give me an estimate to have all my exterior windows washed. He was friendly and professional, and answered all my questions. The day scheduled for the work turned out to be a snowstorm. Dave called that morning to reschedule the work for the very next day. We have approximately 40 windows, ranging from small sidelights, to casements, to sliders, to large picture windows with transoms. Dave worked safely (there was snow on the ground) and efficiently, using soapy water and a squeegee. He washed all the exterior windows and wiped down the screens. He even had padded ladder tips to protect the house from damage, which we greatly appreciated since we had just had our house painted. Our windows are so clean and clear with no streaks. I would recommend Fish Window Cleaning and will definitely use them again. Dave is responsive, courteous, thorough, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. Quality work, great value.

Dave Vaughan, Jeremy & Marc arrived on time, went right to work. They were extremely efficient, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Fish Window Cleaning and will use them again. I can see clearly know! Follow the recommendations on the brochure that is left when the estimate is done. Making sure they have clear access to windows without shades, blinds and drapes in the way makes it go quicker.

Everything was great. We had to adjust the schedule once because of weather, but they were on top of that. The team did a terrific job of cleaning our old and very dirty windows and explained where there were windows where the surface was too damaged to look fully clean. I'll definitely use them again. It was the Woburn team that came to our house.

Fish responded quickly for a request for an estimate, an appointment was made and Dave arrived when he said he would. The job was done within the time frame he gave me and at the cost of the estimate. All of the workers were polite and hard working.

My wife lined this up, and she is typing this report. Two men in the signature-red uniforms arrived and put red-booties on before walking into the house. They walked around with me, listening and looking at the job. (The owner of the franchise branch had come by a few days before and done the estimate.) The men worked quietly and constantly, completely focused on doing the job. When they thought they were done, I had to point out one window that they'd overlooked doing the outside of, which they agreed and completed. I also pointed out that a few windows still had some tougher-to-remove spots on them, over the kitchen sink, for example. They took the scraper to those windows and fixed the problem. They explained that sometimes the scrapers can harm windows, especially less expensive windows (which ours weren't), and so the boss was getting gun-shy about using the scraper unless the owner had signed off on that eventuality ahead of time. I hadn't known about that or would have signed the release. I gather the owner (David Backus) is still trying to decide how to handle the problem in general. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the experience. The house is bright and cheery looking once again.

They were excellent! They called back right away, were clear when they could come, and they were very professional. It's too bad that I moved, because I won't get to use them again!
