Joe and Sandy of Done Right Masonry & Contracting were managing a rental house for me up until recently. There has been a severe lack of communication problem on their end building for the last 6 weeks. One of their duties is to collect the rent from the tenant and pass it on to me after taking their agreed upon 10% for services rendered. They picked up the June rent as well as a majority of the security and pet deposit from the tenant but never provided me with my 90% (which is now 1 month late). Two weeks ago when I last was able to get in touch with them, they claimed the money order was lost in the mail and they would work towards getting a replacement. Despite repeated attempts, I haven't heard from them since this time. This problem will be taken to small claims court in the near future but I wanted to warn those of you considering their service about this issue.
Description of Work: Property management of my single family rental home in Worcester, which included fielding tenant calls, minor repair work if necessary, checking on the condition of the property and collecting rent.
