Description of Work: Al Santos did a job for me three years ago-new windows, siding and roof. I called him a couple of weeks ago about a roof leak and he promised to come out and see what the problem might be. He didn't show up and then didn't return calls. I reached him again and he said he would be there that day or the next morning. Again, no show. I had stressed that he needed to look at the roof because Hurricane Irene was heading our way. I tried calling him again the day before Irene hit and his cell phone was "not accepting messages". I would never consider giving this man any type of business!
