Description of Work: We were having problems with our well and suspected an problem with a check valve. Chip was wonderful on the phone, spent over 30 minutes discussing the problem, possible other diagnosis, and cost with me. I agreed to the initial visit and was delighted to find out that the crew brought any necessary parts with them so as to avoid a possible return trip. After investigating, they confirmed the faulty check valve and also discovered that the pressure tank had cracked. They charged less than they quoted to replace the check valve, were able to replace the pressure tank that day, and worked efficiently in order to keep charges to a minimum. Could not be more pleased or impressed. The only part of the whole thing that was less than great was scheduling the day and time for the service. Since they would not schedule a set time/day in advance, Chip would call at some point during the day and let us know if the crew was available. Since my husband and I both work, it would have been far easier to know in advance if they were coming, rather than scramble to move meetings and rush to the house.
