Our experience with Bryan as a painting contractor was very positive overall. From the beginning when he promptly responded to our request for an estimate, to his keeping us informed of his schedule and plans for all phases of the work. The quality of his work is very good and he cleaned the work site every day. We would absolutely hire Bryan again for painting, exterior or interior. Finally, his pricing was very reasonable in light of the fact that we had two other estimates, one in the amount of $3,800 (!!!) and one in the amount of $1,500. Our home is a small cape and the trim etc. was not in really bad condition. In our estimation, this was not a $1,500 job nor was it anywhere near a $3,800 job (!!!).

Bryan is a true professional. His prices are reasonable, and his work is first rate. The challenge with contractors is to find the ones that don't cut corners. Bryan is the opposite. When the work was complete, we found that he had addressed several issues that he could easily have overlooked (at no extra charge). We've hired Bryan for three separate jobs (interior and exterior), and have always been very happy with the results.
