+ -1 moreHe was only here 30 minutes, but in that time, made a positive impression, did an excellent job with the work at hand, and was completely professional.
Description of Work: I called him to mow the lawn. He showed up on time and did a professional job in a timely manner. I plan on hiring him again to do other work.

+ 0 moreGreat job done. He was very effective at coming up with solutions to the problems. He did efficient quality work. He seems to know what he's doing on carpentry and handyman work.
Description of Work: Mikel removed a stud and he put in new support. Additionally, he put in a structural ledger with structural screws. Also, he fixed a floor joist, and tide the joist in to the sill better.
