Very well.

Took longer than expected but all the work was done with good results at expected price. Came back months later when custom made door needed adjustment after materials settled and weathered - no extra charge. This is the second garage door job I had them do for me - I would recommend them - they stand behind their work.

Chuck (I think that was his name) came the same day that I called. He took a picture of the garage doors. Then when I chose a style (of which I had MANY) he would show me how it would look on my house. That was so helpful in making a decision.

This was done in half a day and one person did the job. He cleaned up totally and took away the old door and the frame.

They were fantastic. If I had another garage door, I would use them again. They were great!

Quality of service. Took a day to complete. Two workers were present. Good. Everything was fine.

Perfect. Installer had shown up on time. Knew what he was doing and was done in no time. Very pleasant, no messing around and came out perfect. Anyone I spoke to ar A-1 overhead was always friendly. Have been in renovating homes for years. Usually door own repairs. This is one expense that was sooo worth it

All went well except for some hiccups in communication while doors were being readied (painted) prior to installation. The final installation went exactly as planned and I am now very pleased with the result

Great - the workers were excellent, on time, and thorough.

I think it went okay, they showed up on the day that they were suppose to come in and did their work so it was fine. They are really responsive to the call. They were very competitive.

They're excellent. They come right away. Then, you have to wait because the doors come from Canada. We have to wait like two weeks. They're very professional. They know what they're doing. They came and they put a beautiful door and the work was done very quickly. And, one day, the door was there, put. The price was good. The quality I think is very good.

Fine, they did a great job. I compared the price that they were very fair. They did everything right they were here on time when they said they would be, they did everything fine. I have no complaints with them at all.

Job went very well from the quote to installation. They are extremely attentive to details. Great experience overall.

Installation went well but had some glitches installing my opener which was quickly resolved the next day by supervisor.

The price was the best of two. Salesperson was professional and courteous. Installer was knowledgeable and removed old door. Overall great experience.

They were professional from the initial contact to the install. The Garaga garage doors are extremely well made and the install tech was very thorough and professional. I highly recommend them both.

It went fine. But, needed one roller on 2nd door. Another appointment needed with another service fee plus parts. Installer was not friendly at all.

They have been here for repairs about 5 times over the past 10 years or more. The work they do is excellent. They arrive on time and are courteous. Prices seem to be fair and not excessive. The service call is about $140 for the first hour, which sounds like a lot, but these days is no more than appliance repair, plumber, etc. It is nice to have an honest and dependable local company.

They were late and the owner was not sure who I was when I called. The techs were not professional and were complaining about their job. They did a mediocre installation at best.

I didn't watch, but when they were finished, it worked fine.

We had purchased the garage doors and openers at Lowe's and they arranged for A-1 Overhead to come review our measurements and they also installed the doors and the openers. They did a wonderful job, and were on time. We have used them several times before at other homes. Highly recommended

This is one of the worst experiences I ever had. I was quoted $150 to fix the door. When the repair man arrived, they brought the wrong part so a temporary repair block was put on. It was the week before Christmas and my grandmother had died. I was happy at first and how nice it was that they temporarily fixed it and it only took 15 min. But then I received a bill for $101 just for the temporary fix! (No mention of cost at the time). I called and he stated that the temp repair part was $20, and charge travel time and labor. They came back and put in the replacement spring and sent a 2nd bill for $185!. I requested to keep the temporary repair block since I had paid for it and they refused as they stated they would use it with another customer. I spoke to the owner, and for the first bill and I agreed to split it at $50 each, however, when they wouldn't let me keep the temporary part, I also deducted another $20 off my bill. My final cost was $215, $65 over the original quote with lots of headaches!
