+ 0 moreI gave him a sizeable deposit, because he promised he would get the inside work done asap, then the outside work soon there after. He made up all kinds of excuses, showed once and took me for the rest, saying the way it played out was all my fault. He is a scam artist, knows how the court works (which it doesn't).
Description of Work: He showed up one day and painted some of the ceilings in a down stairs apartment.
