Went very well.

The business owner came to our home and provided an thorough estimate based on the weight of the cargo. The crew showed up on time and was professional and friendly. A few minor bits of damage occurred, not surprising for such a big undertaking. The move was accomplished quickly and came in under the quote, since our cargo weighed less than expected.

Three men arrived on time, and quickly went to work, disassembling furniture as necessary, protecting all of our belongings, and loading the truck in an efficient manner. They were extremely strong individuals. The delivery at the condominium was executed just as well, as furniture was reassembled, and everything arrived in the same condition as it had been before they had first arrived. A first class operation from start to finish. We were very pleased.

They were very careful with the handling of our stuff, in addition to being very personable and easy to work with. We were extremely happy with their service from beginning to end, and would recommend them to anybody.

Punctual. Hot day but didn't stop these 2 guys (Adam and Matt). Took a little longer than expected but were professional, friendly and helpful. I had problems with 2 moving companies before this one and went with Liberty based on a referral by my closing attorney who had used them 3x without complaint. I called and they setup the move for the next day...went extremely well. For a little more money it was worth it to have movers that weren't straight out of the House of Correction in Billerica and made the experience ENJOYABLE. I know who to call next time I need a mover. They even sent a follow-up questionnaire asking about how I viewed their performance...that is reputable service! I'm sure that any deficiencies noted on such a survey are addressed to ensure the company has continued success. A good business model for this company to maintain their customer base. I didn't return the survey...it was all A++++
