Description of Work: They removed a flat roof and then replaced it with a slight pitch and all new material. They did it on time, on budget and cleaned up after themselves. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a craftsman.

+ -1 moreHe was referred by our trusted handyman. He was very professional when he came to do the estimate, gave clear explanations, and responded promptly by phone when we had questions about his estimate. His price was not the cheapest nor the most expensive and he stated his price was firm. During the estimate, he stated he could use one continuous membrane because of the size of our roof. However, we discovered after the work was done that he instead used three pieces glued together and there was also a spot that had been patched. He left aluminum shards from the flashing on the roof and a siding tool in the lawn. (The latter I discovered by running it over with my lawn mower, It damaged the mower blade). We did write him a letter addressing our concerns, however, we did not receive a response. On the positive side, the roof hasn't leaked (yet!).
Description of Work: He installed an EPDM rubber roof membrane on our front porch this summer.
