VALLEY ROLL-OFF DUMPSTER SVC

Valley Roll-Off dumpster service delivered dumpster across the street from my son?s apartment. When they tried to back into their driveway going back and forth and back and forth, drove over the curb into crass area, and eventually hit my son?s car that was parked in the driveway. We watched the entire incident from the window. I learned two days later that they had denied the accident to the insurance company. Not only did they say they didn?t do it but they fabricated a story why they couldn?t have possibly done it. Giving the company the benefit of the doubt that driver had lied to the management I wanted to question the management what they knew and intended to give the correct information. They were very standoffish, defensive and arrogant and simply insisted their driver had not hit the car. Accidentally they mentioned details about the damage that only the driver could have told them. It was clearly apparent that the management was behind the ?incorrect information?. Important way to judge a company is to know how they handle situations when things do not go well. Accident can happen anytime but how the company deals with it, is important to know before you get in business. This company has clearly demonstrated they do not take responsibility for their actions and will deny at any cost. Thank you for Angie?s list that this word can be spread around. You do not only want to keep them out of your property but as my experience shows you want to inform your neighbors as well.
