+ 2 moreHe was terrific and wonderful. I would recommend him without qualifications. He investigated the site extensively before he made a bid. He was polite. He spent time talking to us about what needed to be done and what he proposed to do. He also did what he said he was going to do. He came in at the price he had offered and we had agreed upon. He came with his crew who were hardworking, good humored and communicative. He got here on time. When we came up with a couple of minor issues, he was here at that time right then within a couple of hours and took care of it. The price was totally fair too.
Description of Work: We used Ketchen Pumping and Excavating in September for correcting the mistakes that the first excavator left behind including unearthing the boulders that were buried under the topsoil. The excavator straightened out the drainage. He put in a septic system and finished the driveway. He did the culvert and the drainage stuff on the edge of our property. He did the grading work too.
