+ -1 moreThis company has been a disappointment. Since May of last year, they've been attempting to repair the ice maker in my fridge, but their efforts have only resulted in making the situation worse. Despite shelling out $315, I'm still left with a malfunctioning appliance, waiting for them to fulfill their end of the repair. Their prolonged delay and inability to rectify the issue have made me highly skeptical of their competence and reliability.
