Haffner's

Bought a house 6 months ago and got delivery from a different oil company in November with no issues. Decided to reach out to haffners since it’s cheaper than the original company. Had two guys come out to inspect our tank and they were saying the tank is no good. He’s saying we need a new tank for like $4-5k…. Not sure if it was because I was a young, minority, women but, I feel like a man would have gotten a different response. The moment I opened the door for them it was like they did not want to bother with getting potential services. Complete waste of time and still low on oil.

We never have to call for gas; they come out automatically. They know when you need it. They have it figured out how long it lasts according to temperatures and our past usage. They just come out automatically and fill the tank and leave the bill.

Was not getting heat to part of 1 zone in my home. Service man came and figured out the issue and fixed it. He ended up freeing a frozen valve and bled the system 3-4 times to get it working properly.

Needed to purchase a new furnace

I called Haffners to fix electrical problem with oil furnace and thermostat and they send a person with no knowledge of either one. I had to call a family member to fix problem. Haffners cleans the furnace once a year and never had problems with that but I will not call them for big problems.

I called Haffner's after receiving a recommendation from the previous home owners at the closing on a Thursday. Haffner's came out the next day and filled my oil tank. They are COD and I wrote them a check. The delivery person was very nice and explained the process to me since I was a first time oil buyer. I am in the process of starting a propane service with them also. Excellent company and great pricing.

All work was done on time and as outlined in the phone conversations and free estimate. On time start, on time finish time. Work was completed in a professional manner and no oil stains or residues (soot etc) were left as had been done from other companies performing the same task of furnace tune up cleaning. Permit for Tiger loop fix was obtained by Haffner's and supplied to me next business day.

They are the best in the are for pricing and they are consistent for delivery. They generally at the bottom end of pricing or right next to it. I have seen others like Glenmore and lots of others who try to sell you price deals and it's just a scam and not worth it. We have looked for others just for comparison shopping and they have always been then one's we go to. We don't schedule delivery. We just call them when we need them. They deliver when you want and on time. They deliver at the lowest prices available in the area. They are consistent. They don't try to scam you with false sales. It's what you want and will be as far as I can tell .They have never delivered junk. They are always there when I have called them in the past 30 years.

They do great maintenance. They are professional when they come in.

They have also worked on our furnace in the past. They have good customer service. They have prompt delivery. They respond to emergencies very well.
