For the most part these guys did a good job. They came to the rescue when our Navien on demand boiler failed in Feb '14 right after we'd bought the house. However, they also sold us a service contract that they never followed up on. It's been a bit strange, they were very responsive through about July of '14 when they helped me complete a minor remodeling project with some finish electrical work -they even returned at no charge when one of the outlets wasn't working. Since I did the rough-in, I was surprised that they didn't bill me. Since then, however, they've been completely dark. We had another issue with out boiler this past winter and had to work with another heating/plumbing service to resolve. Really nice guys, and they do great work, but based on the lack of responsiveness and zero follow up on the boiler maintenance contract I can't recommend them.

These guys did an awesome job. They were very professional, always on time. The money was exactly what they said it would be. I can't say enough about these guys.

Our old steam boiler (dating from the late 50's) was on its last legs and I decided to replace it. We got bids from a number of contractors. The Brothers' folks were punctual coming to inspect the old boiler. Their bid was not the lowest but it was very competitive. They came to replace the boiler when scheduled and they finished the job on time. I have run the new boiler for one entire winter and we have been running it for the first few weeks of a second season. So far no problems which is nice...(The old boiler tended to crap out on the coldest possible days). I think the Brothers folks were great. Punctual, reasonable price, competent.

I called American Home Warranty to have them get me a contractor to fix my leak. I called on a Friday and they sent Brother's out to me Monday. It was not an emergency situation since I could get it turned off. Brother's called me Monday morning and was pleasant. He worked with me on the time and got someone out that day. They were very professional and Dave did a great job. Though it didn't apply to me since I had a deductible to pay, they did tell me that they have a flat charge for everything. They don't change their rates according the zip code or the expensive area you live in.
