+ -1 moreNever heard for the owner as to why he never showed up. Very frustrating to come in only to find the work not done.
Description of Work: I have been dealing with Sanitary Septic for a number of issues. They have always been very good. I had asked them to put a urinal in a commercial building and arranged with the tenant to have a urinal there for installation. He never showed up to install the urinal. I never heard for him after I called. It was very unprofessional.

+ -1 moreThey are extremely responsive, generally fitting me in within 24 hours, and prompt, showing up right on time. They are efficient, honest, and in general just great to deal with. They are quite inexpensive and they clean up after themselves pretty well. I will continue to use them and would definitely recommend them to anyone having trouble with slow/clogged pipes and needing basic and quot;rooterand quot; plumbing services.
Description of Work: I have had multiple problems with the drains in my new home, and have used Sanitary Septic several times. They snake my pipes and remove the branches that continue to grow into the joints (the house is older and was quite neglected when I bought it last year), which always fixes my problem.
