+ -1 moreI called Craig at Superior around 9am - he called back right away and told me he could be to my house that afternoon. I texted him my address and he was there at 2pm. He was able to perform all of the service I needed in a little over an hour.
Description of Work: One of the springs on my garage door snapped - I knew that the springs were old so I called to have all the springs and pulleys replaced.

+ -1 moreTook 2 days to get a return call, then the appointment he booked 5 days out from there I needed to rescedule, he told me would call me back and never had the courtesy to do so... Very unfriendly on the phone and not very Interested in his customers.

+ -1 moreExcellent, no pressure service. We discussed replacement of door in the future. Not only was I not pressured to replace the door but he recommend repair. For $120 I should get a few more years use from my existing door. Will definitely use them again whether for repair or replacement.
