Description of Work: They emptied the cesspool in the backyard. Came the same day we called them. The gentleman that came was polite, helpful and efficient. Everything works fine now.

Description of Work: Very responsive. We had septic problems on 12/22/12, right before Christmas, and found out that the problem was that the septic tank was full. I called Bay State the next day, and they were very understanding about the holiday and were able to get someone out to our house within one day to get it pumped.
