+ -1 moreI am very pleased in the professional manner that all my requests were performed and he was able to explain my questions in words of one syllable so that I could and can understand. I have no desire to know how a computer works but I do want to be able to use it......and I understand the basics. The house call was conducted in a prompt, professional and courteous way and I know that should I need more help if I called I would receive a prompt reply.
Description of Work: I needed to have an old computer's info transferred to a new one, explanations as to what the new formats etc would be and I had several additional componets that I want to use in conjuction with the computer.
