They were unbelievable, I had tenants in the apartment that I had, the furnace had basically dead and they came out and looked at the furnace one day and the next day they were there to replace it.

John went through whole house vents, checked everything was so thorough in explaining and showing! Didn't do anything more than we asked, and told each cost upfront, which we felt was very reasonable for quality of work. He cleaned up everything too! When we first moved here we hired some people that weren't quite so reputable that were recommended by word of mouth, not insured, bonded. It shows in what they did, charged and attitude. You won't have that with John, he's a true Professional!

John and his crew arrived promptly to start work the day we had agreed on. I appreciated the fact that he discussed the process and timeline for the installation before getting to work so I knew what to expect, then reported daily on their progress. Everyone was courteous and respectful of the fact I was living in the house during the installation and left me with heaters for the day I was without heat while they switched over to the new system. They did an excellent job, working quickly and steadily with very few breaks. I was impressed and thrilled with the quality of workmanship. On completion of the job they left my basement cleaner than they found it and removed all the evidence of the existing system. This is a first ever review for me to say John and his staff were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.
