Lowe's - Kingston

In late winter early spring we were building a spec house and we bought them there. They were awesome. I bought the wrong refrigerator and they took it back. Then I discovered I bought the wrong stove as well and they took that back and brought me a new one. They were awesome. I wasn't keen on the first salesman I talked to. He had a kind of know it all attitude. The second guy was really nice. The first guy redeemed himself by being so kind about the returns. It was just a little personality thing. We over came it and got it done. It was not perfect from the very beginning but it got there. They did a good job.

I have several rental properties and whenever I need product, from lumber to lubricants, or anything, for repair or replacement I usually find it at Lowes at a competitive or lower price. Most important, I am a clutz and not much of a handyman, so Lowes employees information & instruction are extremely helpful. When I find a project beyond my expertise (often), I call "THE MAN." I find "THE MAN" usually gets what he needs at Lowes. The store is well organized and the employees knowledgeable.
