They are unreasonable unresponsive even when I offered do make a payment to end the relationship and move on. Again they sued me and put a lien on my home. BUYER BEWARE. DO NKT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
Description of Work: Terrible service on a fence installation. Late. Unprofessional installers. Damages the product during installation. Measures wrong. Put fence in wrong spot. Multiple calls and slow response. Sales manager and installer agreed job was done poorly yet the business office and owners didn't agree. They sued me and put a lien in my house as a result of me holding out payment until the job was finished correctly as agreed upon in writing. They don't return calls. Job started in April and was it completed as of Octobdr at which point I cancelled the job.

We had stated several issues that needed to be addressed that weren't done. There was a cement pad for our dumpster that needed to have fencing around it which was crooked. We wanted the fence to come out beyond the bushes and they ripped half of the plants out and the bushes and didn't even tell us. We were not happy with them at all.
Description of Work: They installed a 108 foot cedar board fence that is six feet high around my yard.
