Description of Work: We are relatively new pool owners because we bought our house in the summer of 2015. A friend recommended Crystal Clear Pools for supplies. They are wonderful and patiently answered all of our newbie questions. So we also hired them to close our pool for the season. They were prompt, quick and professional. The fee was absolutely fair. I highly recommend them. *Call early to schedule pool openings/closing. They get very busy!

+ -1 moreThe pool was supposed to be open on Friday originally. I expected they would come first thing Monday morning because thats when they said they would. The number to their service department is 781-585-7665. I don't know if I will continue to use them because I don't know what their reason was for not coming.
Description of Work: They were supposed to come on Monday. They called my relative in the area to let them know they would be there in 15 minutes. I told the company the gate would be open, but when my relative got there and waited for about an hour, no one showed up. I still haven't heard from them.

+ -1 moreCrystal Clear Pools gave me a fair price and they knew exactly what my pool needed in order to be prepared for swimming this season. They even gave me a few extra pool maintenance tips to save money. The only thing was they had to call back and reschedule my appointment but that wasn't a big deal. I was happy with the job.
Description of Work: Crystal Clear Pools did a one-time service of cleaning my 12 x 113 square foot above ground pool. They also checked the chemicals.
