Brian McWilliams custom building & remodeling

Brian worked with us to develop just the right design for two cabinets flanking the fireplace, and a new mantle. The cabinets were built and installed promptly. The quality of Brian's carpentry is outstanding and the cabinets make the whole room.

Working with Brian was a delight. Brian has good design sense and was a great help to us in visualizing the space both before and during construction. In addition, he is very detail-oriented when it comes to the work itself. The craftsmen working with him always showed up on time, were professional and, without exception, delivered a high quality product. Brian kept us informed of progress all through the project. There were some delays due to unforeseen circumstances, as well as our decision to add a fireplace to the design, but these were handled smoothly and efficiently. Brian ensured that all the work was done to his high standards and this shows in the final product. The result is a beautiful, functional and well-constructed lower level that has added a lot of enjoyment and value to our home. We have built and remodeled several homes and working with Brian and his team was by the far the best construction experience we have had.

Brian was responsive and professional. He responded to our initial inquiry within hours, met with us within a day, and once we decided to hire him, Brian began work almost immediately, to accommodate our tight timeline. He listened to us, and provided creative ideas so that the remodel would suit our needs. The entire remodel was done within little more than a week. The quality of work was excellent, and the work area was tidied up at the end of each day, so that we did not feel we were living in a construction zone. Brian was courteous, accommodating and pleasant to work with throughout.
