Description of Work: We were buying a home that Cummings Well serviced. The first water tests by our home inspector showed problems with the water, so the owner of the house called Cummings. They came out and took a water sample and sent it to another lab. Water was fine. They tested the well and found it did not produce a high amount of water. I don't remember the gallons/min rate but it was on the low side. They recommended that we deepen the well. However, it is just two of us in the house and it is a second home for us. So we decided not to deepen the well. We have not had any problems with the well. If we do, I wouldn't hesitate to call Cummings and have them service it. They were very professional and every time I talked with them they were very knowledgeable.
