I gave Arm a 4 for value for the money, but that might not be completely fair. They answered there phone on the saturday of memorial day week end at 7:30 am and sent a guy straight out. He spent a fair amount of time diagnosing the problem and then traveled all over looking for a parts house open to sell the required replacement pump housing which i had destroyed. they had the pool running and in great shape well in time for my 1:00 BBQ. They were great and i will use them again. Though it cost me more then expected, I guess you have to expect a premium for last minute holiday week end work. The work was excellent!
