I want the members to know that I was really impressed with the level of skill and craftmanship displayed by this artist. I asked quite a few questions and I would give him a high grade on his professionalism.

I first called Michael at his shop in late November when my lead glass broke but he was gone on a family emergency and was not able to reach him until early December. I completely understand family emergencies so I waited until his return. He came to my house looked at the glass and told me he would be sending me an estimate of charges via mail. I waited two weeks for the estimate but it didn't arrive, I called and left him messages but he would not return my calls. Finally he called me and was upset at the number of messages I have left him and proceeded to scold me. Two days later I got his estimate of expenses and he was charging me more than $1400 for the repairs. Thankfully, I found another person on Angie's List who did a fantastic job for only $500.00. In conclusion, this guy is a rip-off artist who does not have any respect for his potential customers, not responsible and highly overpriced.

Michael's new location in West Roxbury is easy to find and spacious. He worked with us to restore our beautiful old window. He took it out and brought it back looking as good a new! Highly professional and quality work.

Fantastic. Michael and his assistant are very pleasant to work with and helped us come to rest on a design for a front window. He came out to our house twice to measure and really helped us find colors that went well with our house. I couldn't be more pleased with how the project went and the great value that has been added to our home by the addition of a striking stained glass window.

This shop is a real gem, a great workshop, and a joy to work with. I brought a pattern from a bookcase and a picture, and from that Michael created a window design to fit. He is knowledgeable, patient, and personable, and we quickly worked out the dimensions of the window. We then spent some time finding the right clear glass and he shared samples with us. We picked a wavy look that went with the age of the house, and when finished and installed, the window looks like it belonged all along. We have been delighted with the process and highly recommend this place for new windows or repairs.
