Description of Work: After receiving a verbal quote to replace my heating system and convert from oil to gas, I asked Mr. Dargon for a written contract, and a couple of references. He phoned me the next day and told me. in effect, that he was insulted by my asking for references. He said he never gave written contracts. Then he told me my project was too small, and he didn't have time for me. I realize others may have had good experiences with this contractor. But I would not recommend him.

+ -1 moreRobert Dargon was a pleasure to work with. He was polite, professional, neat, and very experienced and knowledgeable. His estimates were detailed and accurate. He's not cheap, but he really knows what he is doing. He even came up with ideas for re-configuring the plumbing in the tight space surrounding our jacuzzi tub that other plumbers had not thought of. I recommend him highly, especially for complicated projects.
Description of Work: Robert Dargon repaired the plumbing in our home that was damaged in a fire. He also moved and re-installed our jacuzzi tub. The plumbing for the jacuzzi had to be completely re-done and re-configured.

+ -1 moreRobert Dargon is very polite and considerate. His estimates are detailed and accurate, and he does a very thorough and neat job. We were pleased with the way he worked, and had him return to do the finish plumbing, gas fitting for the stove and repair a drain. He contacted the building inspector at the appropriate time, and we were told he did an outstanding job.
Description of Work: Installed radiant heating in remodeled kitchen and foyer space and wall panel heaters in new bedroom, hall and powder room.
