Perfect. On time, loveseat was all wrapped in plastic, they were careful with all my things, pleasant to deal with. The price was a little high - I later found someone who charged less per hour for the same services. This was an Angie's List Deal.

Wonderful. The 2 guys were on time, professional, friendly, a good team. They took care of everything, they wanted me to be satisfied with their services, and were accommodating to whatever circumstances came up. They met my deadline. Everything went smoothly. wonderful experience for a delicate and complex move.

Furniture nicked throughout, treadmill broken, new home has paint scratched off in many areas and marks throughout. Movers were rough with belongings and left belongings for approximately an hour at a time in the open on both ends of move because they forgot it was there.

Movers were there on time and were very professional.

THey were wonderful! A really nice bunch of men- most were doing it as a job to supplement college funds. They were kind, efficient, careful, and fast. A great all around experience!

I called in to set up an appointment two days ago. They said they could squeeze me in the following Sunday. They said they would follow up with an email, which never happened. I sent in a questionnaire via email that I got from my previous move with them a few hours after my first call to them. I also used their online form to submit a request for a move on a specific date. No answer for two days even after a few calls by my wife and I. Called multiple times with no one picking up. I finally got through this morning to hear there was no availability for any dates between now and the end of the month, so no way to change to a different date. Its understandable they are busy but to say we were on the schedule and then saying we're not two days later is not right and unprofessional. I have had communication issues (or lack thereof) before, but never to the point where we couldn't successfully book with them. I thought they would be a great moving company after my first experience, but I will never be using them again and asking people to stay away from them primarily due to lack of communication and responsiveness to emails and phone calls.

THey never contacted me at all. I had to get my money refunded by Angie's List.

It was good. They were very careful with our belongings. nothing was broken throughout the process. Very professional. They were a little late because their vehicle broke down. It was a little pricey.

Pony Express was responsive to my emails and a delight to deal with from a setup standpoint. I was very impressed with their availability at the time of scheduling. They called the day before the move to confirm the appointment, tell me that the crew will call before they leave their origin and ask if I have any questions. The next day my appointment rolls around (I had an 8 a.m. time, so it was the first of the day) and I've heard nothing. 45 minutes after they were already supposed to have arrived I call the "client hotline"/answering machine and leave word about my situation. 2 hours and 15 minutes after my appointment time I get a call from the movers that they will be there in 20 minutes (rounds to 3 hours late...). The movers themselves were professional and courteous and for the most part did an good job of moving furniture. They had a tough job at the original location as the stair hallways were open, but extremely narrow. They left a significant amount of dark streaks on the wall (which I was able to remove with a magic eraser) and 4 to 5 good sized gauges in the drywall (hat will have to come out of my security deposit). Not necessarily out of the ordinary given the narrow stairs, but I do wish it had been addressed at the time of the move rather than me discovering the issue when I had to go back to the old apartment later to get my checkbook (see last paragraph). Their GPS took them the wrong way and it took 30 min or so longer than it should have to get from Brighton to JP, but they docked that time from the bill, which is the right thing to do, but not something I honestly expect as a consumer in this day and age. The move into the JP condo was handled excellent. They were in and out without incident in much less time than I would have expected. About an hour after services were completed, the movers called to explain that they had lost my check and would need me to provide a new one. Unfortunately my checkbook was still back in Brighton, so I had to call the bank to put a stop payment on the first check and make an unplanned trip back (to get my checkbook and magic eraser the wall so my surprise). For my time and effort I was offered a $15 discount, which will not even cover the stop payment fee my bank has assessed.

This was the 2nd time using Pony Express. They are a very reasonably priced mover, especially for college students. They were prompt and very efficient. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

My girlfriend met the Pony Express movers who called they were running a bit late on the afternoon we had scheduled them. This didn't bother us, it happens and they were thoughtful in communicating this in a timely manner. Both the movers were exceptional from their upbeat demeanor to their professionalism and good nature despite the moving conditions. We hadn't seen the storage facility layout; we picked it based on proximity. My girlfriend was so impressed by them that she's hired them to do her move next month and requested the same movers. I would use them and recommend them highly based on our experience.

Very good! Nothing was quick because everything is timed from when they leave. But it was a reasonable price. They completed the job without any problem because we have do a little dismantling upstairs to put this piece back in. They were accommodating, very helpful, and I just highly recommend them.

They were excellent. We had a four group for crew member. They were excellent and showed up on time. We have to end this type of delicate items that never stop working. They removed quickly. I actually have to tally eyes talk. It was definitely reasonable. This company was significantly cheaper.

Move from plymouth to Dedham MA

I was pleased. The guys were punctual, polite, friendly, and efficient. We had a couple items scratched or gouged, but honestly, I think you have to expect a little bit of that when you move all your belongings from one place to another in 8 hours. I hope not to move again any time soon, but I'd definitely use them again.

I communicated with Bill leading up to the move and he was very responsive. He had told me that the crew wouldn't be able to start moving us until about 2 pm, but called me that morning and said they had finished their previous job early, and could they come over now? So they were able to start moving us about 3 hours earlier than scheduled, which was great. Mike and his crew were polite, FAST, and careful. The whole job took about 5 hours (less than Bill had estimated), and we were very pleased.
