Fearghal Kenny turned our 130-year-old Victorian attic into a beautiful living space with modern aesthetics and time-period sensibilities. He is a highly skilled craftsman with years of experience and a fantastic eye for detail. He managed his team of quality subcontractors beautifully. He was flexible, responded immediately to inquiries, and was respectful of requests. Our new living space, which includes a bathroom, is absolutely beautiful! We highly recommend Kenny Builders and plan to hire him for our next project.

Fearghal is communicative to a fault. He checks in every step of the way and about every decision. He's also been doing this a long time so he has quite a bit of advice to offer. At the start of the project, we estimated together that it would take approx 4-6 months and we were just under six months. We also ball parked the price within 14% of the final cost. We did not do a contract with scope of work up front and instead went with materials plus hours and it was pretty spot on.

Demolition of existing bath the week of May 2nd. Restructuring of inner walls, installation of a 4'x3' window next to the soaking tub to view the existing woodlands. Complete rennovation of bath including tiling and custom shower, radiant heating and finish work.

I know Mr Kenny for over 20 years. In addition to his most recent work, he has done some major construction work for me to include a complete remake of the interior of my home as well as a complete rebuild of my vacation home. In addition, he has done a kitchen remodel and a stairs rebuild. In his most recent project, he rebuilt my deck. Frankly, I would not allow anyone else to work on my home and you would be foolish not to hire him yourself. He is reliable, exacting, knowledgeable, and competent.

Mr. Kenny is a master carpenter, builder and contractor. I cannot say enough about his skills and attention to detail. He knows his business and works just as hard as his men. I have had the opportunity to refer Mr. Kenny to a few friends and associates. He has constructed what might be referred to as mansions that were and are architectural and tradesmen's masterpieces. I know other contractors in the area who say that he simply the best woodworker/carpenter that they have ever known. Mr. Kenny is on time, orderly, clean and thorough. He has an unusually fine eye for detail and in some instances can reduce design costs and the need for an architect. I have learned that when it comes to home renovations one gets what one pays for. The beauty of obtaining a first class job ids that you get to enjoy it for as long as you are there and then you sell it for more than you paid for it. That's what Mr. Kenny has done to my living space and I would recommend him without hestitation.

Every step of the project was handled with exceptional professionalism. From gutting the kitchen, ripping out old cabinets and tearing up old flooring through completion everyone involved with the project was fantastic. Kenny Builders guided me through getting the plans drawn up and choosing the cabinets, picking out granite, the appliances, fixtures, paint colors and refinishing the floors. The subcontractors used for the electrical and the plumbing were great too. Everyday when the workers were leaving they made sure to clean up as best as possible given that I was still living in my small condo as the work was going on. Questions were always answered promptly and completely. I really enjoyed using Kenny Builders. Fearghal is a great contractor and I love using my new kitchen everyday. The advice and helpfulness during the project really ensured that it would turn out beautiful.

I never actually got the quote. The communication slowed down because they weren't quite sure how to approach the project. They were fine and I had nothing to complain about. Initially they were responsive and when I reached out they were not interested. I would get another quote from them if I could get hold of them.

He was prompt. The price was fair. The work was quick and and the clean up excellent.

He is very very reliable, knows his profession, and has a competent crew as well as a long list of reliable subcontractors. I cannot say enough about him. His latest work for me is enviable. No problems or conflicts.
