Description of Work: Called to have Izzy come out for a quote to do masonry and gutter work and he was very nice on the phone. We scheduled an appointment for yesterday afternoon but he never showed and there was no answer at his phone when we called so we are moving on to the next contractor.

+ 1 moreIzzy (Jose Vasquez), Izzy Junior and Fernando did a fabulous job and rejuvenated this OLD HOUSE that was left abandoned by the children whose parents passed away a few years ago. It was a tough and expensive project but a job very well done. Reasons: 1. Extremely respectful and courteous throughout the process. They accommodated my family's requests and were able to work around it. 2. Cleaned up daily and maintained their belongings within their space. 3. Respected neighbors privacy and maintained healthy relationships. They received GREAT APPRECIATION for their work at our house from our neighbors. 4. Izzy worked well with other contractors, accommodating their work and time around his projects. 5. He obtained difficult permits from the city and performed the work within stipulated time. There were no delays. We needed a bathroom and the upstairs done ASAP to house my family and he delivered within record speed without compromising any details. 6. Materials were picked up.
Description of Work: This was a neglected house that needed a lot of care. The front porch was falling off with the wood shingles damaged due to lack of adequate weather proofing. Izzy started with replacing the front steps and the porch, he put in new gutters around the house. The back of the house did not have egress and he created a new SLIDING DOOR with a fabulous all-weather DECK 12x10. We enjoyed the light and beauty of our back yard and the conservation land behind it from our kitchen and dining area since 2007 summer and the LONG winter. There were rotted areas which he completely replaced painstakingly paying attention to every detail of the job. He put in a beautiful bathroom for us and asked for our input during the job. We were 100% satisfied with every aspect of his job. A true gentleman to his word and a great TEAM.

+ -1 moreThe quote was very detailed, but seemed fairly high in comparison to the other three competing quotes ( 25%). I'd definitely like to do work w/Izzy in the future, but his pricing needs to be more competitive.
Description of Work: Izzy came right away and drew up a quote on the work (remove/rebuild a two tiered deck) and emailed the info along immediately. He was both punctual and very professional.

+ -1 moreI NEEDED A SIDE PORCH RE-DONE. I CALLED IZZY FOR AN ESTIMATE. HE CALLED ME BACK RIGHT AWAY, AND SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE ESTIMATE. HE E-MAILED ME AN ESTIMATE RIGHT AWAY. THE PRICE WAS HIGHER THEN MOST ESTIMATES, BUT HE SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE SO I DECIDED TO PICK HIM THE DO THE WORK. I E-MAILED HIM SEVERAL TIMES TO SCHEDULE A DAY TO BEGIN THE WORK, AND HE NEVER CALLED OR REPLIED BACK.

+ -1 moreIZZY'S HOME IMPROVEMENT WAS EXCELLENT. THEY CAME OVER RIGHT AWAY. THEY EXPLAINED WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND TOOK THE WATER HEATER WITH THEM. THE JOB WAS DONE WITHIN AN HOUR AND A HALF. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
Description of Work: THE PRESSURE IN OUR WATER HEATER WAS LOW. THE WATER HEATER WAS LEAKING A LITTLE.
