He was recommended to me. He talks a lot. The job was okay except that he was not on time at all. When he first brought over the table it was not done appropriately so he took it back and redid it. The price was high. I don't know if I would use him again.

Response from BRIAN NORMAN RESTORATION
After refinishing the table, I delivered the table to the member's condo, located on the third floor. It was the winter with lots of snow on the ground. My helper slipped as we were carrying the table up to her unit. When we set the table up, we noticed a ding which was not there when we left the shop. Therefore, we had to take the table back to my shop so I could repair the ding. I realize that the member uses the table on a daily basis and the delay in having to address the repair was an inconvenience for which I apologize. However, I did fix the ding in a timely manner and delivered the table as soon as it was completed.
