Description of Work: I have used ASAP Lock and Key on 2-3 occasions for a broken lock and an emergency lock change. Each time I was impressed by Moshe's fast response, professionalism and fair pricing. I recently moved into a first-floor condo. Some family members filled my heart with fear about break-ins and suggested I install a key lock from the inside. Moshe came to my place to check out the security situation. He explained that a key lock is a fire hazard and would not install one, which speaks to his integrity as a businessmen and concern for the well-being of the customer. He made some other helpful suggestions about security, not involving locks and was on his way.

Description of Work: I just bought a new home and I had Moshe come out to re-key all of my locks. He came on time and got right to work. I had 5 locks done. I would definitely use him again and would refer him to friends and family.

Description of Work: Doorknob fell off inside of front door and would not stay on tightly. Called Moshe and he came right away as he had a minute to take a look. He was right down the street in JP. He came by in 5 minutes, fixed the problem in 5 minutes (it has weird little clip on it that was "off" a bit by not being installed properly initially) and that was it. No charge. Who does that anymore?? He does. Would use him again in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: Moshe was a pleasure to work with. He was on time and worked at a good pace. He re keyed one door and replaced two other locks. He took the extra time to work on one of the doors so that it would close smoothly (it had been sticking before the service was done).
