Moshed was very friendly, professional, and did excellent work. He assessed that our basement door had been damaged and the existing lock could not be replaced. He proposed a solution, to which we agreed, to cover the existing hole with a brass plate and new lock, for $25. We were very pleased with his work and his prices were very reasonable (I called 5 locksmiths to compare service fee charges, etc).

The owner was very professional, and easy to deal with. On the morning the work was scheduled, he had the courtesy to call to let me know that he would be a little late. When he arrived, he quickly assessed the work to be done and proceeded to get to work immediately. He gave good advice concerning locks and keys. The work was completed promptly and correctly. Before he left, he had me try all the duplicates in the locks, to ensure that they worked well.

Moshed came within the hour, thought he could fix my lock, but he had to replace the tumbler as the original was not able to be fixed. This was done at no additional cost to me. He charged $50.00, which is what he told me on the phone. He was very pleasant, talked about his daughter's graduation, and told me that if I had any problems to give him a call.

The owner answered the phone himself right away. I told him my front door lock was broken. He would have come immediately but I told him it wasn't necessary as I had an interior door that I could double lock. He scheduled an appointment time with me and arrived 10 minutes early, which was nice. He was pleasant and friendly. He fixed the lock for me which saved me from buying a new lock and Keys.

This is my second experience with Moshed and I always find him charming and efficient to work with. I had again called him last minute with a lock dilemma. I'd found an antique dresser on the curb and trash day, had rescued it and found it had several locked drawers and no key. I called up ASAP and true to their name - Moshed was able to fit me in that afternoon. He showed up and after a few tries with his handy little bag of skeleton keys; he'd located one that fit and unlocked the drawers. I am quite pleased with ASAP's service, punctuality and professionalism. Highly recommend.

ASAP came over the day after I called about the problem and showed up on time. I found the service friendly and professional. We decided to install a new lock since the existing one was cheap and falling apart.

We needed all of our locks re-keyed. He was able to do that and make multiple keys on site.

Moshe was fantastic to work with. Our front door was very tricky to re-key, but he managed to fix and save the lock for us. It was his suggestion to place the deadbolt on our rear door high enough so that our toddler couldn't reach. He was prompt, extremely personable, and responsive.

We've used ASAP Lock & Key before. Moshed was prompt, friendly and very quick. We discussed what was needed and he went to work. I also asked him about getting a new lock on the main garage door, and he was kind enough (and honest) to say that he could do it, but that we'd be better off spending the money on an electric door opener. We're very happy with his work!

I was expecting a three-figure bill after the time that Moshed spent working on my front and back doors and taking apart the lock to the front door, but I was amazed at the actual charge. Moshed gave great value for my money. I would hire him again without hesitation, and I recommend him enthusiastically. He is prompt, friendly and professional.

MOSHED DID A GREAT JOB, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT WITH THIS WORK. HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF, MADE SURE WE UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING THAT HE HAD DONE. IT DID SEEM A LITTLE EXPENSIVE, BUT WE DID GET QUALITY WORK.

THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY (REALLY IT'S JUST THE ONE GUY) FOR MY LOCK AND KEY NEEDS AND HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN AVAILABLE ON SHORT NOTICE, DOES GREAT WORK AND IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. FOR THIS PARTICULAR JOB HE WAS ABLE TO COME TO MY HOUSE ON VERY SHORT NOTICE WHICH WAS IMPORTANT BECAUSE I HAD TENANTS MOVING IN THAT DAY AND REALLY NEEDED THE KEY MADE. I DON'T KNOW IF HE WORKS OUTSIDE THE JP OR MISSION HILL AREA BUT HE'S A GREAT LOCKSMITH TO HAVE.
