we bought a new kitchen suite from TCS. Super helpful, low pressure and very knowledgable salesman, Matt Hurley. Things were delivered and removed neat and cleanly with couresous techs. I would recommend over big box as we made a mistake on one appliance ( all our fault in picking the right size, despite being questioned !! ) they could not have been more helpful in getting us the right size appliance. Super positive buying experience.

This was my first time purchasing an appliance from Tri-City. It is also my last. I purchased two in wall ovens. Immediately upon installation there was a clear defect with one of the ovens. Two calls were made to Tri-City right away. The sales people would not take the calls and never responded to my messages. I contacted the manufacturer who informed me this is a known problem with these ovens. Tri-City either doesn’t know their products, or is not informing customers. I sent and email to Tri-City, which they did respond to. However, they never offered to repair or replace the ovens. I followed up with another email and never received a response. Awful customer service. This should have been resolved immediately and there should have been follow up by Tri-City. Now I’m forced to spend time dealing with the manufacturer. Don’t shop here. Their prices are no better than the Home Depot or Lowes and you clearly are not getting better customer service.

I decided to visit a local appliance store instead of trying to navigate yet another big box store. Charlie Hurley was very knowledgeable about all the appliances, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. I was replacing some built in appliances and before Charlie would actually place the order, he gave me the name and number of a person would would come to the house free of charge and measure the existing openings, to make sure that there would be no surprises at the time of delivery. Turns out that there would have been some big surprises (such as a counter opening that was 1 inch too small for the range), which could now be addressed before the delivery. All in all it was a luxury to deal with someone who was genuinely interested in making sure I received appliances that would be appropriate to my household, and to my budget. My new appliances were very competitively priced and I have the added benefit of being able to call Charlie should I have any concerns or questions.
